Most Recent Event:

  • Due to the current climate the Spring event in Weston-super-Mare that was due to take place on Wednesday 22nd April has been cancelled and we will aim to run the event later in the year.

  • SWWRF Exec has taken the decision not to attempt to organise a Summer Conference, this event normally takes place in June but due to the ongoing situation this would not be practical.

  • The start of the new financial year marks the time we normally send out the SWWRF Membership invoices  for 2020/21 – however we are going to hold off doing so until later in the year when we have a firm idea of what we will be providing to our members and adjust the cost accordingly.

Hello & Welcome

SWWRF brings together representatives from local authorities, private organisations, waste partnerships and public authorities based in the South West, who all have a specialist interest in recycling and waste issues.

We meet every three months to share ideas, information and best practice about reducing, reusing and recycling municipal and commercial waste. We also hold an annual conference and develop working groups and partnerships to work on joint projects.

Non-members are welcome to attend the conference at a charge of £50 per person.

Anyone interested in becoming a member can contact us in the membership section of the website.
